You want to add pod 'StreamReader', '~> 0.3' similar to the following to your Podfile:

target 'MyApp' do
  pod 'StreamReader', '~> 0.3'
end

Then run a pod install inside your terminal, or from CocoaPods.app.

Alternatively to give it a test run, run the command:

pod try StreamReader

Small library that reads lines from a file.

Default line delimiter (\n), string encoding (UTF-8) and chunk size (4096) can be set with optional parameters.

StreamReader is available through CocoaPods. To install it, simply add the following line to your Podfile:
