You want to add pod 'ObjectiveCV', '~> 0.0' similar to the following to your Podfile:

This project provides Objective-C bindings for a select portion of OpenCV, for ease of use in iOS development.

This is being developed with a specific application in mind, as such only the parts of OpenCV relevant to that application will be ported.
